Yelling and screaming, fist fights, being dragged by your heels out the door, seats not built for the average human form, lavatory not available when you HAVE to go even though it is in perfect working order...some trashy night club?...NO, it's the airline you're flying.
We gave up meals. We gave up snacks. We gave up peanuts. We gave up service. We gave up being treated with dignity and now, believe it or not, American Airlines has just announced that we are giving up any legroom left by DECREASING it further in their new 737 Max aircraft. All to fit ten more seats into the airplane. No shoe horns will be provided.
