WASHINGTON, In Washington, D.C., there is some very good news. The pro-adoption "Choose Life" License Plate, sponsored by The Children First Foundation of DC was welcomed into the DC DMV's Organizational Tag Program yesterday. Without a hitch or glitch, several DC "Choose Life" tags with their two smiling children and positive message are already rolling on the roads of our Nation's Capital.
