Donald Trump continues to develop his convention-defying portfolio for running for the US Presidency with ever more clever strategies for using his most ardent critics— mainstream media —as a free courier service for proliferating his Make America Great Again! talking points.
Trump’s most recent antics have the media in a frothing dither because they were duped into covering, (free gratis!), endorsements from various and sundry military heroes, rather than a breaking news revelation concerning the Barack Obama birther controversy, and whether or not Trump continues to question The One’s place of birth.
