The Tide Turns on Woke

Cancel culture, ESG, and CRT cannot succeed because they are divisive, racist, and deny the pursuit of excellence and promotion of meritocracy. No society that turns its back on excellence and meritocracy has ever succeeded. Just ask the Soviet Union. This whole crazy experiment is doomed to failure. Shareholders are already balking at ESG investment strategies. It is only woke, super-large investment houses that are keeping this afloat. They are the oligarchs of today. At the end of the 19^th century, it was railroad and transportation trusts that dominated the economy. Teddy Roosevelt broke them up with new antitrust laws. These same laws are still on the books and should be used again. It is time for a reckoning.

Wow, this article sums up what we know to be true, are afraid to speak, and wish we could bring into the day light to examine with scrutiny.

I hope that leaders everywhere get a chance to self reflect, and understand the harm they do by capitulating to the woke agenda. Harm to themselves, their company, their country, and the future of their fellow citizens.

Well now, Captn. Barry:
“Newton’s third law: for every force there is an equal counterforce generated in nature”. That's right, UNTIL it runs into God's Law and that is where all you pundits fall short. You NEVER take God's Law or His Word into consideration when making your prognostications. It never occurs to you that God gave mankind 6,000 years to 'get it right', and now, time's up. Everything we see happening in the past few years has been global and simultaneous. Not a big enough clue ?? We are witnessing the final battle between satan and God, and guess who wins. But it won't be pretty. I'll let Scripture describe the days we are in, in the next comment.

Spot on. I owned a small business for 43 years before I retired. I never allowed any political posters in my windows for either party nor did I write heated letters to the local paper decrying this or that going on politically. I had friends on both sides back then. Not now, though, there is no arguing with a leftist. They won't debate...they just get angry and call you names.
