Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made disparaging comments in recent months about individuals who refuse vaccination or who protest against mandatory vaccination and this was an approach that can fuel extremism, former Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) director Richard Fadden told a House committee on Thursday.
