GENEVA, – UN rights chief Navi Pillay should mobilize world attention to protect imperiled Iraqi civilians by calling for an emergency session of the 47-member UN Human Rights Council, whose delegates are already assembled in Geneva for a regularly-scheduled meeting, said the non-governmental human rights group UN Watch in an appeal today.
