James Inhofe (R-Okla.), Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, issued a joint statement today on the release of their discussion draft, “The Energy Tax Prevention Act of 2011.” The Energy and Power Subcommittee will hold a hearing on the draft legislation next Wednesday, February 9th at 10:00am.
