On Thursday evening, President Obama proposed spending another $450 billion that we don’t have on a jobs program that we all know will not work. No government stimulus plan has ever worked since Hoover tried it in the early 1930s. Obama also promised that this new stimulus will be paid for without increasing the deficit.
