We only have to look at earthquake/tsunami ravaged Japan to know how much more vital shelters could be if they were stocked ahead of natural and man made disasters. With an estimated 500,000 Japanese people housed in in thousands of `shelters’, water, food, medicine, and items like diapers are in critical need.
