It took almost two weeks for the American media to weigh in on the $10.5 million ($8.0 US) federal government payout to convicted terrorist Omar Khadr.
Indeed, it curiously seemed to go right over media heads that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced the payout and and forthcoming Canadian Government’s apology to Khadr on America’s July 4 Independence Day.
