It is about time someone wrote this article. Since this whole Obama thing began, I have watched the articles in the CFP continue to decline in hopeful expectation. It is the responsibility of the media to 'find heart.' By doing this they keep the morale high.
When George Washington was at Valley Forge, I am sure he was doubtful, but I am also sure he did not take his men aside and say, 'Well, we're gonna get beaten, America will cease to exist as we know it......'.
Isn't this a wonderful opportunity to remake our country? It's time to clean house and if we can keep the positive attitude up, rather than all of this pessimism that sets people off in a negative way, we will hold what happens in this country. By constantly giving in to failure, we energetically help the other side make this a socialist country.
I do not mean 'facts' should not be reported, that is a must. But we must inspire hope as coaches, military leaders and even religious leaders do. When you leave a seminar where someone has done 'a talk,' which ones are the ones that literally change you? They are the ones that uplift and make you aware of your own potential and your own power.
I have seen so many of these articles, the one JB wrote about what to tell the son of a neighbor of how America used to be, and others by the editor in the same preface, and there are many others.
Do the job you came here to do on this Earth, especially right now. Keep the morale high and the belief of overcoming adversity at its peak.
