Behold the 'short-suit' - The final nail in manhood's coffin

Here at HermanCain.com, we know our readers love politics. We also know that the men who visit this site are nothing if not slaves to the latest fashion trends. So, we thought we'd let you know that there's a new movement in menswear, and it's heading your way ...like a runaway train ...or a bullet.
The short-suit is here to shake up your wardrobe and rob you of your masculinity. From BloombergBusinesweek:
At this summer's weddings and white parties, the nattiest gentlemen will be wearing shorts with a corresponding suit coat. At least, that's what J.Crew would have you believe, along with a few other menswear companies that are giving the look a hard sell this season. Those jumping on the trend include Topman ($390), Asos ($286), and Reiss ($500). And then there's this Comme des Garcons number at Barneys ($895), which looks more like a skirt-suit.

"It's definitely having a moment, particularly with younger guys,” says Jon Patrick, creative director at J.Hilburn, a made-to-order menswear company.
Yes, you too can spend hundreds of dollars to look like a complete moron who had to cut the legs off his pants because they got stuck in an escalator. To be fair, Angus Young and Richie Rich have been rocking this look for years, so there is some celebrity precedent for the short-suit. Honestly, there's only one scenario where I can imagine these suits making sense. If you're on welfare and you don't want to find a job, but they're making you apply for work in order to keep the checks coming, this might be for you. No employer in their right mind - not even the people making these things - would ever hire someone who walked into an interview dressed this way. Buy one, and you can safely stay on the public dole forever.
