The most amazing thing that happened last night wasn't Bernie's nominal upset in Michigan. It was the stunning revelation that Debbie Wasserman Schultz doesn't know Hillary Clinton is running for President. How else can you explain the fact that the DNC Chairwoman claims there is no one on her side that's facing the "threat of indictment."
If you look up the word "delusional," this video should play:
"There's no one facing the threat of indictment on our side."Megyn Kelly responds that "There's an open DOJ and FBI investigation into Mrs. Clinton right now," but Wasserman-Schultz dismisses this as "melodrama." So, there can only be three possible reasons for her confusion:
A: She's unaware that Hillary Clinton is her party's "inevitable" candidate. Since members of her own party accuse her of rigging the debate schedule to favor Mrs. Clinton, this seems unlikely. B: She's unaware that Hillary is the subject of an FBI investigation that, by definition, carries the "threat" of felony indictment. This also seems unlikely since it's come up in Democrat debates which, again, she's accused of rigging. Whether the indictment materializes or not, the "threat" is there. We suspect she knows this. C: She's a lying hack whose entire life is built around spewing left-wing talking points from a haze of half-truth, denial, and outright falsehood.We're going to go with "C," since it's the only option that fits the facts.
