Exclusive: Yuma authorities say processing center emptied before Sec Mayorkas visit

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas visited the United States/Mexico border in Yuma, Arizona on Wednesday, before then heading to Texas. Sara Carter, who has many sources in the area was provided proof that Mayorkas’ visit is nothing more than “smoke and mirrors.” Mayorkas met with Customs and Border Protection employees Wednesday morning and then local leaders in the afternoon.
