Many of America's disturbing social trends are also unfolding in European countries. In Ireland, for example, instead of acknowledging the beauty and necessity of motherhood, neoliberal forces are pressuring future mothers to prioritize their corporate overlords instead of their families and trying to remove women from their Constitution.
