SA: … The Council, by a 7-2 vote, approved a resolution urging Gov. Josh Green “to uphold the Constitution of the State of Hawai‘i and the State Water Code by immediately reinstating Marvin Kaleo Manuel.”

The resolution was introduced by Molokai Council Member Keani Rawlins- Fernandez, who suggested that Green was responsible for transferring Manuel and that the governor was doing the bidding of developers who want to control the water. ---More...
