Grilled Thai Ginger-Garlic Pork Chops

by Bruce Aidells Serve these chops with Cilantro-Mint Sauce or Fresh Plum Salsa or a simple Thai salad of sweet onions, cucumbers, and carrots in a sweet vinegar dressing.
