Police Officer Shot in Central West End (St. Louis), 4 Suspects Missing

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – St. Louis Police are searching for four suspects after an officer was shot around 5 a.m. Tuesday at N. Euclid and Maryland Avenues. Authorities say four suspects fled in a gray four-door Ford Taurus and the officer is at Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

Dotson addressed media at the hospital and said the officer is 39-years-old and was in his personal car looking for suspicious activity Tuesday morning. Dotson said the officer saw a vehicle with two males in it, two other males entered the vehicle and the officer had no interaction with suspects.
