Ignore the polls

Rand Paul: Yeah, the polls really are manipulated to 'suppress turnout'

We keep telling you: "Ignore the polls." As we get closer to election day, it appears that they're tightening, but many of them still show a looming blowout in favor of Hillary Clinton. For Trump supporters, especially a reluctant one, that could engender the notion that there's no point in voting. After all, if Trump's going to lose "bigly," why bother heading to the polls? ...And, per Rand Paul, that's precisely what some of the polls are designed to do. He appeared yesterday on West Virginia's "The Tom Roten Morning Show" and was asked about Trump's claims that things are "rigged." While he declined to specifically agree with Trump, Senator Paul did say that yes, the polls are “designed to suppress turnout."
Townhall has the quote:
"You know, I think sometimes polling is done to dampen election turnout so when Trump says the thing's rigged, I'm not sure exactly what he means and I'm not sure I always agree with him, but I do think that when we say over and over someone can't win that is a form of rigging in the sense that it is designed to suppress turnout." "In Kentucky, in our governor's race in 2015, the media said over and over and over again the Democrats were up 8 points. The hope I think was to depress Republican turnout and these were coming from liberal newspapers in our state. And turns out the Republicans won by 8. They were off like by 16 — 14, 16 points. And but I think some of that is intentional. The polls are put out, you know to make it either look closer than it is or to make it look like Democrats have a better chance. And I think it's done by design to try to dampen turnout."

Mainstream media outlets will, as always, stand by the "unassailable science" behind their polling. Everything, they claim, is strictly above board. ...Except we know that's not true. Just last week WikiLeaks released a series of 2008 John Podesta emails that shows how the left adjusts sampling to "maximize what we get out of media polling." In other words, they "chill" their opponent’s voter enthusiasm by making it seem as though voting is a futile action. So, ignore the polls - all of them. It can be tough tofilter them out, but ignore them and do what you want. Your guy may win, your guy may lose, but he's guaranteed to lose if you let them convince you there's no point in showing up.
