Report: Clinton Foundation the target of multiple joint FBI-US Attorney investigations

You may recall that, during the infamous testimony of FBI Director James Comey, he refused to answer questions about any potential FBI investigations of the gargantuan, crooked, slush-fund forthright charitable organization known as the Clinton Foundation. When asked about the Foundation, all he would say was "I'm not going to answer that." Any reasonable person assumed they knew precisely what that meant. Now, thanks to an exclusive report from the Daily Caller News Foundation, it appears that not only is the Clinton Foundation is the target of multiple investigations, it's also being scrutinized by one of the most feared U.S. Attorneys in the country:
Multiple FBI investigations are underway involving potential corruption charges against the Clinton Foundation, according to a former senior law enforcement official. The investigation centers on New York City where the Clinton Foundation has its main offices, according to the former official who has direct knowledge of the activities. Prosecutorial support will come from various U.S. Attorneys Offices — a major departure from other centralized FBI investigations. The New York-based probe is being led by Preet Bharara, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York. Bharara’s prosecutorial aggressiveness has resulted in a large number of convictions of banks, hedge funds and Wall Street insiders.
If you don't know the name Preet Bharara, you should pay close attention. That attitude has helped him win judgements against the biggest, most powerful, banks and hedge funds in the country. He's the guy who won cases involving Bank of America, SAC Capital Advisors, Citibank, and JP Morgan Chase - the latter being tied to the Bernie Madoff Ponzi scheme. His work also led to an astonishing 85 straight convictions for insider trading before losing a single case. In short, he's the real deal. If you're in a corrupt position of financial power, and he's on your tail, his track record should have you very, very, frightened.

The official said involvement of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York “would be seen by agents as a positive development as prosecutors there are generally thought to be more aggressive than the career lawyers within the DOJ.”
...And there it is. Bharara will not be as easy to "handle" as the squishes within the DOJ. So, if the investigators have found something, Bill and Hillary will not be enjoying the same "friends" they relied on during the email investigation. More bluntly; it's hard to imagine an airport runway meeting this time around. Obviously, this is one unnamed source. All of the above should be taken with a grain of salt until we get some sort of corroboration. However, if it's true, this would be absolutely huge news. One last thought: As this news makes its way to Clinton ears, pray for the health and safety of Preet Bharara. You can learn more about him in the interview below.
