First, it was the utter shock to liberals that Donald Trump won the presidency.
Second, it was the persistent denial that it actually happened.
Then, there came a series of distractions about the results of the election to cast doubt on the results, and to try and de-legitimize the election of Trump.
First, the Democrats and the liberal media used the irrelevant popular vote argument. The electoral college has been used for the 240 years this country has existed and now the Democrats and the liberal media want to debate it to cast more doubt on the presidential election results.
Then they wanted recounts in three critical states, which proved no new results. That dog didn't hunt. Then came liberal and media attacks on Trump’s early appointments, to brand some of them as racist and a lot of other ugly names. That dog didn't hunt. Then Hillary’s loss was blamed on FBI Director James Comey, for reopening the investigation into Hillary's e-mail server when a new source of old e-mails was discovered. That dog died quickly in the news cycle, because the liberal media wanted it to die quickly.
Next came the phony "fake news" distraction, which they could not even describe, because most of it was coming from liberal media sources. That dog's life was short lived, although some are trying to keep it alive.
Now! The Russians did it!
According to the Democrats, some misguided Republicans and the liberal media, the Russians tampered with our election results to help Trump and hurt Hillary. There is absolutely no evidence that this happened. As one journalist, Craig Murray, a former UK diplomat with firsthand knowledge of the DNC leaks pointed out, if they know it happened then why was no one arrested by the authorities? He asserts that it is because they have no evidence.
Murray also says in this article that the information about the DNC's scam against Bernie Sanders, and debate questions being feed to Hillary ahead of time, came from an internal DNC leak, not the friggin’ Russians!
I am not going to use this space to chase any more of these Democrat- and media-inspired rabbit hunts. Instead, I want to say to the "not listening" Democrats and media liberals, let's move on! Stop the distractions!
Meanwhile, President-elect Trump and his team are assembling an impressive group of highly accomplished nominees for key administration positions, while the Democrats and liberals continue to irrationally criticize every nominee, and throw more rabbits to the media to distract people.
I know I have said this often, but it needs saying again in light of the Democrats and liberal media types who don't yet understand something:
We are not stupid!
