Tow truck driver tries stealing a car in broad daylight at a stop light in downtown San Francisco.

The driver and her husband were reportedly running errands when the man tried grabbing their car.

“We were at a stoplight and minding our own business… He started in reverse and all the lights came on. That’s when we were like, ‘Hey, something’s really wrong.’ His lever was coming down,” the woman said to ABC7.

According to San Francisco city attorney David Chiu, incidents similar to this are ongoing problems.
