Perhaps Canadians have forgotten, or perhaps they don’t realize how short of time we have, but the statement by Prime Minister Trudeau, in 2013, seems to have some relevance with this government.

A reminder--Prime Minister Trudeau was chastised for his “… level of admiration I actually have for China because their basic dictatorship is allowing them to “…go green … we need to start investing in solar.’”[1]

Philosophy of our present Prime Minister’s Father

One can hardly blame him for his, perhaps, fatal opinion as it could be an inherited trait, for the young Prime Minister. In 1968 there was report “The Canadian Intelligence Service, Vol. 18, No. 3[2] which laid out the philosophy of our present Prime Minister’s Father. This is supported by the article in the Washington Times (1985) “Trudeau blamed for KGV’s 20-year foothold in Canada,” released by the CIA in 2012.[3]

Unfortunately, this might pertain to all Liberal MPs and/or MPPs. This statement is from reading the Liberal Party Constitution, but what is even more evident is with the present coalition between the Liberals and the NDP it seems, as if, the Father’s ideology and philosophy has come to fruition, doesn’t it?

From “The Canadian Intelligence Service, Vol. 18, No. 3”:

“And on page 373 Mr. Trudeau explains why he inserted a quotation from Mao Tse-tung “on strategy and tactics” on the previous page: “Indeed the experience of that superb strategist, Mao Tse-tung, might lead use to conclude that in a vast and heterogeneous country, the possibility of establishing socialist strongholds in certain regions is the very best thing.”
“Toronto Telegram columnist, Lubor Zink, put it this way: “The New Democrats now have three French Canadians in the Pearson ministry: Jean Marchand, Pierre-Elliott Trudeau and Jean Chretien. Not bad for a party which has so far failed to elect a single MP in Quebec under its own banner.”[4]

Trudeau has decided to implement his Great New Reset with his forcing Canadians to stop purchasing the vehicles of their choice?

And, perhaps this is where the present Prime Minister has decided to implement his Great New Reset with his forcing Canadians to stop purchasing the vehicles of their choice?  Under the “Electric Vehicle Availability Standard” Canadians should all be prepared for the actions of what can only be described as an anti-prosperity mandate by the present government--not to mention a very undemocratic one.

As expressed by media we only have 2 years before 20% of vehicle sales must be “Zero-emission vehicles.”  By 2030--only 6 years away--it must be 60% and by 2035 it must be 100%.[5]   Henry Ford would be rolling in his grave when one thinks that he had to create his first vehicles without having a dictator instruct people to buy it, wouldn’t he?  He did this all under freedom of choice--horse and buggy v. automobile.  Whereas this government, in its drive to find acceptance with China, has become an over-arching government bent on interference, which could lead one to believe that we are no longer living in a “free and democratic society,” couldn’t it?

Very little, though, is said about infrastructure for this China solution

Very little, though, is said about infrastructure for this China solution, as it will cost billions to ensure that every home has a plug in and 240 hook-up, won’t it? So, who is to pay for all of this--it would seem the private citizen. We also must be informed that China’s goal is to “conquer new foreign markets shares in the field of green technologies[6] as its main reason for its support of the climate change initiative, but is it only the “green technologies” they want to corner the market on? It seems they are not merely interested in “green tech” but have a gambit of items on their bucket list.

Perhaps it's time for Canadians to realize, in just 6 short years you had better become certified in your training on how to harness your horse and hitch your buggy, or you might be walking to town for those groceries, particularly “As of May 2023, 10.1% of Canada’s commuters or 1.6 million people, travelled to work using public transit...”[7] And what of the majority of Canadians who do not have public transit and live too far away from urban centres, considering a charge only lasts so far and in winter even less than what is advertised?

  6. “In so far as China is increasingly shaping, for the better or the worse, the Twenty-First Century, the question is far from being theoretical. The radical change of Peking’s attitude in climate negotiations can be explained by three interlinked and partially self-reinforcing causes: the necessity to stop the “airpocalypse” that affects so many Chinese citizens, the will to conquer new foreign markets shares in the field of green technologies and, not least, the desire to improve the country’s image on the international stage.” “What Role for China in the International Climate Regime,” p. 12-13.“
    Green technologies
The second reason for Peking’s new attitude lies in the economic opportunities linked to the so-called “green technologies”. In short, China aims to prevail in the fast-growing and lucrative “clean products” markets….But China’s position has improved steadily, not only in global economic terms but also as far as “green technologies” are concerned. In less than two decades China has become one of the world’s top producers of low energy light bulbs, wind turbines, solar panels, solar water heaters, and batteries for electric cars…Many of the major players in these markets are now Chinese companies. They benefit from the size of the domestic market that allows huge economies of scale and, therefore, low production costs. Goldwind, United Power, Envision, Ming Yang are among the main wind turbine manufacturers in the world. The leaders in solar module production are Jinko Solar, Trina Solar, JA Solar, Suntech Power, and Yingli Solar. The same can be said in the fields of lithium ion batteries for cars or hydro-electric generation. These companies and many others--backed by the state when they are not (partially) state owned--pursue a global strategy by investing in foreign countries, especially since the 2008 crisis. Among the developed countries, the main destinations are (as far as a reliable information is available) the United States, Germany and Italy” “What Role for China in the International Climate Regime,” p. 14-16
