American Politics --->A Voter’s Guide to Untangling the ‘Jungle’ Election That Could Keep America Waitin
By Heritage Foundation
America’s political operatives are spread across the land fighting for their candidates, from the frosty U.S. Senate race in Alaska to the red-hot governor’s race in Florida.Liar’s Poker
In an act of stupendous desperation, Mary Landrieu has stomped heavily into a pile of Obama (chickens#it). She pulled the race card, though tattered and torn from her repertoire and slammed it onto the table like a kid playing “Battle” or “War”. You know the kid’s card game where the highest card dropped takes the hand and you power slam cards to the table when both cards match. It could also be looked at as a game of “Liar’s Poker”.Democrats send threatening letters to possible non-voters ...Tony Soprano-style

On Halloween, we all like to be frightened - at least a little. However, this year, the scares are coming to us courtesy of Democrats and a series of letters they’ve decided to send to potential non-voters. If you read the polls, you know Mary Landrieu is in trouble. However, I’m willing to bet that the internal polling looks even worse, total panic has set in, and she’s looking for a scapegoat to explain her failure. How else can you explain her bizarre decision to tell the people of her state - whose votes she so desperately needs - that they’re a bunch of sexists and racists?Holder says he regrets James Rosen subpoena . . . and nothing else

Fast and Furious? No problem. Stonewalling the IRS investigation? What do you mean? Strongarming states to drop their voter ID laws by tossing around the race card? Hey, it’s what he does. But even Eric Holder has one regret, however self-serving it may be. Issuing a subpoena for Fox News reporter James Rosen’s e-mails, and labeling him a “criminal co-conspirator” in an investigation concerning North Korea, might have gone a weeeeeeeeee bit too far, ya think?
