When, in the course of human events, it becomes self evident that America’s leadership is no longer adhering to the principles of the Constitution and is indeed operating in direct conflict to the will of the American people, it is perfectly acceptable for the people to remove from office those who dare to usurp the Constitution, fail to follow their oath of office, and ignore the will of the people.

Although the country has a system of elections set up to allow for the political process to take place, should a politicians activities be so egregious as to warrant immediate removal, the people shall be empowered to remove said politicians, using the “petition for redress” process. Should the leadership of the House or Senate fail to respond to the petition for redress, they shall be forbidden, by the people, to occupy the peoples house any longer. The White House, Congress and the Supreme Court are the property of the people. Any elected or appointed official who fails to adhere to their oath of office is no longer welcome to be in the houses of the people. Government derives its power from the people. Without the permission of the people, there can be no government. Our God given, inalienable rights, grant us, the people, the power to remove from government those who do not adhere to their oath and are in violation of the peoples will. The citizenry of the united States of America are morally, ethically and legally responsible to ensure that we do not deviate from the Constitution. The Constitution is the document that recognizes and expresses our rights, as Americans. Any law passed by an advocate judge, that alleges to supersede or usurp any part of the Constitution and Bill of Rights is in direct violation of our founding documents and therefore have no legal standing. We the people have turned a blind eye to the judiciary and allowed them to reshape our government and our country as activists. No more. Americans, left, right and independent, stand up and be counted. Hillary said, ‘It takes a village to raise a child’. B. Hussein Obama said, ‘I don’t recall their being any villages in Hawaii’. And, Ricky Bobby, quoting Colonel Sanders, said, ‘I’m too drunk to taste this chicken’. Our nations capitol has become a village of idiots, some of which do not belong there and the rest are intoxicated with power. It is time to take our country back. We have the tools to perform our duties as citizens of the greatest country in the world. Over the past eight months we have demonstrated the desire to return America to its rightful place as a shining beacon in the global storm that we face. The real issue is this: Do the American people have the will to take back America? Our tools are laid out before us. We know what needs to be done. Hopefully, we all understand that the first one who stands up and tells one of the usurpers in the nations capitol that they are no longer welcome in the peoples house, will face ridicule and arrest. We cannot let our fellow patriots, our fellow Americans, stand by themselves. We must rise up and demand, in unison that Congress adhere to the will of the people. We must stand with our fellow Americans in this battle. We must encircle the peoples house and not allow those self centered, egotistical, maniacal usurpers into our house. We must rise as one and take back our house. Let it sit empty, it cannot hurt. Hold elections and replace them all with men and women of honor, people who will do what they say and say what they mean. We the people. There is nothing more powerful than us. We the people can do anything we are determined to do. Our destiny as a country is greatness. Our destiny as individuals is manifest and tied to our sovereignty, our God given rights and our ability to unite as one. It is time for us to unite and set aside our petty differences to save America. Bill Turner is a Patriot Warrior, fighting to preserve the Constitution and the liberties provided therein.
