Interpol and European Arrest Warrants

In September 2009, Interpol inaugurated The Office of the Special Representative of Interpol to the European Union (EU). Interpol said it marked “a milestone in the continuing collaboration between the two organisations.” (Interpol media release, 25th Sept., 2009). This ‘non-police’ police ‘database’ certainly gets around! Notice how it is linking up with huge international groups, such as the UN and EU? Also note that the UN, EU and Interpol are socialist, with socialist intentions.

Interpol said this is “the latest step in identifying and developing new areas for cooperation between the two institutions in joint efforts to enhance regional and global security.” President of Interpol, Khoo Boon Hui, believes the new office “demonstrated the collective commitment of the EU and Interpol to work hand in hand to make the world a safer place.” Safer for whom? And who defines what a threat is? And where is the proof that we need a global police state? Security is a key excuse used by socialism to grab control of the world. So, Interpol is handed total freedom to act within the USA and outside it, and also within and outside the EU! I would call that global governance, wouldn’t you? And whilst many are critical of references to Interpol as a ‘police organisation’, it is what its own president calls it: “Interpol (is) the world’s largest police organisation.” ! Secretary General, Ronald Noble, speaks of Interpol “looking beyond regional and political borders, particularly when globalisation means that events and crises on the opposite side of the world now have international repercussions.” This, though, is NOT an argument for Interpol to become the world’s policeman. It is, rather, an argument for each country developing its own professionalism and assisting other countries that might need its expertise and information. The Special Representative, Pierre Reuland, has his offices and staff in Brussels, the EU’s home. Rueland said that “An important part of (our work) will be linking Interpol’s global tools to the EU security architecture.” And so the whole world will become a police state, under the auspices of the UN.

European Arrest Warrants

Interpol speaks lovingly of these UAW’s, but many in Europe do not. It sees the UAW’s being used “via Interpol to its 187 member countries.” Interpol already has the world’s largest Stolen and Lost Travel Documents database, containing over 19 million entries. That’s okay – because it is just database material. But, Interpol doesn’t stop there. As it says, it is “the world’s largest police organisation”! European Arrest Warrants were issued to successfully arrest and extradite three Tunisian terrorists to Italy, in 2008. Nothing wrong with that – but there is no need for a warrant of this kind, nor for the intrusion of Interpol. All it takes is inter-country cooperation, for the good of their own security. As it now stands, UAWs plus Interpol equals ‘Big Brother’, and a setting-up of its own kingdom by Interpol. Readers may remember the Nazi connection with Interpol and that the organisation never goes after Nazi killers from the last world war. This has been noted recently, when the sign above Auschwitz was stolen. Though an UAW was applied for, the German authorities said that an UAW would not work because the suspect was no longer in Europe (the news.pl). That just a few weeks ago… but, earlier, Interpol said it would use UAWs outside of Europe! It seems the possible Nazi connection caused them to refuse action.

Slovenian Interpol Unit

In 2004, Dr Katia Sugman of Slovenia issued an International Research Questionnaire concerning UAWs (also called European Arrest Warrants – EAW). Under ‘constitutional Issues’ we have the following notes:
“Legal acts and decisions adopted within international organisations to which Slovenia has transferred the exercise of its sovereign rights, shall be applied in Slovenia in accordance with the legal regulation of these organisations.”
Interestingly, the information has been removed, without explanation, from the site of the Slovenian Republic. However, article 34(2) of the TUE states that decisions are binding on member states “as to the results achieved, but shall leave to the national authorities the choice of form and methods.” We have already seen that Interpol is now one of those ‘choices’. Go through the document and you will find that Interpol was chosen as the “central authority”, via its Slovenian Interpol Unit (page 8). Slovenia has made use of Interpol, Europol, etc, for some years, and the country can bypass Slovenian authorities and go straight to Interpol (page 15). What is true of Slovenia is also true of most other EU countries… and is now true of the USA.

US Police Authorities

More interestingly, even after Sept 11th, USA police agencies did not wish Interpol to be involved in their affairs. Interpol has a variety of departments, and even these do not trust each other. “It is important to note that police agencies from the United States are other powerful nations prefer to conduct their international activities unilaterally, rather than participate in an international organisation.” (‘International Police Cooperation Against Terrorism: Interpol and Europol Comparison”, Mathieu Deflem, published in ‘Understanding and Responding to Terrorism’, IOS Press, 2007, pp17-25). This was a statement made in 2007; then as now, Democrats ruled Congress. The only thing that has changed since that time is the imposition of Obama on the nation. He signed Interpol into a state of immunity and thus gave them overall influence in US law enforcement, against the will of its agencies.

UK Police Authorities

It seems Interpol does not fair much better with UK police. David Cameron is not my most favourite of politicians, but he made a valid objection, when he expressed ‘concern over loss of sovereignty’ in connection with UAWs. (Police Oracle, 8th November, 2009). His socialist opponents in the Labour Party accused him of putting European lives in danger by not accepting UAWs in UK law. Note how his concern is the same as concerns expressed in the USA about handing over sovereignty to both the UN and to Interpol. One has to ask how many terrorists have been brought to justice by Interpol in the UK. The answer is very few, if any. So, why give them immunity and Euro-wide influence? Again, this points to a need for inter-country cooperation, not for a worldwide police organisation that will suck countries dry of millions every year and be above national laws. But, the infamous Lisbon Treaty that took away sovereignty from every country in the EU, now places the EU as boss over all laws, and that includes acceptance of Interpol. Yet, as the UK’s Association of Chief Police officers said, “British police simply couldn’t rely on Interpol… to deliver justice, even when offences were as serious as murder, rape or child abuse.” So, why use Interpol? It can only be down to social engineering. An investigation of the facts shows that Interpol is becoming deeply embedded in national law enforcement, even though many law enforcement agencies do not want its involvement. Yes, they want the data Interpol has amassed – but this is not an excuse to give Interpol immunity from national laws, or for Interpol to be used as a ‘police organisation’ that is a ‘central authority’. The UK has expressed concerns about UAWs, because of the implication for sovereignty, though this has already been decided by Gordon Brown, who treasonously signed over the UK to EU rule, in the Lisbon Treaty. Overall, then, Interpol is gaining power rapidly, without mutual respect or agreement from national police forces. Rather, the agreement is coming from national leaders, whose fervour to bring in socialist rule is paramount. We are seeing multiple avenues used to force socialism on people worldwide, and the legal aspect seems to be in the hands of Interpol, the UN, and the EU… all three being hyper-socialists with a global agenda. It is my view, from available sources, that the EU will become subsumed by the UN at some time in the future, as a part of the UN’s desired socialist global rule.
