BREAKING NEWS...

The ugly face of peace anti-war style

By Judi McLeod  Friday, March 14, 2008

imageTelling tales on moonbats drives the anti-war crowd into a frenzy as Move America Forward (MAF) found out this afternoon at Washington D.C.’s National Press Club.

MAF was releasing its investigative report on the nationwide plague of attacks against military recruiting centers (The Sedition Report) when members of CodePink, International ANSWER and Global Exchange went hog-wild.  Heckling, screaming and spitting obscenities, they charged that MAF’s claims of improper actions by anti-war radicals were all lies, that the anti-military activists had been nothing but peaceful.

There was nothing peaceful when security had to whisk Congressman Joe Carter, who was speaking, out of the room for his own personal safety.  Congressman Carter, co-sponsor of the Semper Fi Act, had been on the speaker’s roster with Debbie Lee, mother of the 1st Navy Seal killed in Iraq.

Midway through the presentation, anti-war activists rushed to shut down both speakers, and when MAF asked for security to remove them, the activists refused to go, resulting in a forced eviction--despite all efforts to physically resist being removed.

One of the anti-war radicals who stood up, his face a mask of hatred, (see photo top of story) stripped off his clothes, revealing a military style pink jacket complete with epaulets.  Although his fingers displayed the symbolic peace sign, his screams were blood curdling.

“Soon thereafter, I was walking to another appointment when I found myself stalked by the radicals who pulled up alongside me in a car yelling obscenities at me for daring to report on their disgusting conduct,” MAF’s diminutive Melanie Morgan told Canada Free Press (CFP).

“What angers me most is that these people don’t stop there,” said Morgan.  “They’ve planted bombs at recruiting centers (not allegedly just at Times Square but St. Louis too!).  They pumped eight rounds of gunfire into the Denver military recruiting center.  They’ve set fire to recruiting centers in San Jose, CA and Asheville, NC.

Anti-war radicals in Pittsburgh, PA have publicly threatened to bring a cage to their March 19 anti-war protest to forcefully place recruiters in the cages, declaring that police would not be able to stop them from doing so.

“And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.  The complete report—including citation where their supporters cheer on the acts of violence—and our new national ad campaign focusing on this issue are at the Move America Forward website.

“Folks—we struck a nerve,” says Morgan.  “These people DO NOT want their seditious behavior exposed.  Well, that makes me even MORE determined to do just that, and I know it will have the same effect on you as well!”

The anti-war crowd proved in Washington DC today, the point of troop-supporters everywhere.  They were caught in the act on camera doing exactly what they’ve been accused of doing at military recruiting centers when they storm in, occupy the office, halt the work of recruiters and refuse to leave.

There’s nothing more anti-peace than the contemporary anti-war movement.
