Securing the U.S/Mexico Border
Bring Home The US Troops Stationed in Europe
Sometimes it's easier to see things clearer from a distance. The way I see it, there should be no problem in securing your border with Mexico. There are thousands of U.S. troops stationed around the world where they are no longer needed.
Europe, for instance, is rich and powerful enough that it no longer needs Uncle Sam to hold its hand. So, if most of these GI's were brought home and stationed along the U.S.-Mexico border they could train just as well as they do overseas. In addition, they would be a boon to the economy by spending their money at home. And, best of all, they could police the border as part of their training. . Don't you think that this would be a win-win scenario?
Sincerely,
