The left’s emasculation of the entity known as the schoolboy was in full swing when Obama and Hayward went to school

Nothing interrupts a Metrosexual’s playtime

imageIs the soon to be 49-year-old President Barack Obama himself a victim of the Leftwing’s Public School Emasculation of the Schoolboy? How about British Petroleum chief honcho, Tony Hayward, 57? Both Peter Pan boy types display little sympathy for those left to live lives in disaster zones. We all know how it takes months for Obama to tear himself away from shooting hoops and playing golf in times when tragedy strikes.

Today Peter Pan Hayward is attending a glitzy yacht race off England’s Isle of Wight. (FoxNews.com). While shrimpers worry about where their next meal is coming from, this international playboy is checking out the participation of his boat, named “Bob” in the J.P. Morgan Management Round the Island Race. Last night Obama attended the opening game in the Chicago White Sox, Washington Nationals 3-game series. Don’t worry, he left in the 9th inning probably to go home and shoot a few more hoops in the White House gym. For those with any humor left, he “surprised the crowd by donning a White Sox hat when he stepped to the mound, just before sailing out a high, wide toss.” (Erica Errner, Associated Press, June 18, 2010). His missing the mark--again--must make him the undisputed Capo of The Gang Who Can’t Shoot Straight. Photos show his daughter Malia decked out in a Beatles T-shirt sure to be coveted by the Obama Czars who never returned from their '60s hippie days. Back to the grown men who came up through the emasculated school boy days: Little boys of yesteryears sailed paper boats on the pond. But most grew up to be men, and as adults put the things of childhood behind them long before their late 40s or 50s. “When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child. I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me.” (1 Corinthians 13:11). Not Obama, who talks at us through a tele-prompter, or Hayward, who, unless he’s part of some devious Dem strategy, cannot answer questions at Congress. The left’s emasculation of the entity known as the schoolboy was in full swing when Obama and Hayward went to school. Metrosexuals and pantywaists who graduated this system are long on poetic double speak, short on decisive action. They are a frustration to those whose fathers and uncles served in the wars, not to mention the courageous, now serving in Afghanistan and Iraq. Those who came from the war eras lived in the days when men were men. Men did not have to be ruggedly handsome, as were giants of the silver screen like John Wayne. They were Uncle Jake who knew the enemy when he saw it. Metrosexuals like the Peter Pans of today are the first to take to the hills at the first hint of trouble. They carry from their school days the mistaken belief that velvet words can replace the face-the-music action style of the Uncle Jakes who stand in the line of enemy fire to defend their country. Metrosexuals like Barry and Tony are the first to go into makeup for photo ops. But their education of looking out for number one by shadowboxing on the world stage doesn’t guarantee them anonymity. For everything about them is soggy and watered down--including their critical thinking.
