Ground Zero Mosque Imam the Jeremiah Wright of Islam

If the hateful words against America spewed by Ground Zero Mosque Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf sound vaguely familiar, could it be because President Barack Obama’s former pastor the Rev. Jeremiah Wright said the same thing?

Wright under the bus when he was going for the brass ring in November 2008. Imam Rauf, on the other hand, is out there on active “outreach” duty in the Middle East for the U.S. State Department. Imam Rauf, you might say, still works for Judas. Where’s the diplomacy, Imam Rauf? Small wonder why you and Ms. Daisy are so bold and brash knowing how you also did “outreach” duty for the Bush administration too. Question for Hollywood Liberals; Isn’t the new guy in the Oval office a cutout of the one you made a cottage industry out of hating? Walid Shoebat, a former Islamic terrorist, whose mother tongue is Arabic, is reported to be doing some extensive research in the Arabic speaking media on what Imam Rauf has been saying and writing in Arabic. It matters so much more what radical Imam Rauf is saying in the Middle East. Americans, hearing how he said the U.S. has more blood on its hands than al Qaeda, will take their anger to the midterm election polls and do the same in 2012. How many more extremists hearing Imam Rauf in the Middle East strap themselves to suicide bombs? How many acts of terrorism will Imam’s words launch against the innocent? Meanwhile, we’re two weeks from the 9th commemoration of 9/11 when Obama and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg will, by their hypocritical official physical presence, mock the memory of the almost 3,000 souls who died on Sept. 11, 2001. Incredibly, former First Lady Laura Bush will join First Lady Michelle Obama in a ceremony to honor the 40 passengers and crew of United Flight 93 and others killed in the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. That the passengers of doomed United Flight 93 fought back against the terrorists who were attempting to attack Washington DC before their plane crashed into a farmer’s field, makes the joint appearance all the more hypocritical. “Let’s roll!” the immortal words of Todd Beamer on that tragic day have become “Let’s roll over for Islam” in nine short years. Isn’t it time we found a way to pay our respect to the dead without allowing politicians and their wives to milk publicity from sacred places like Ground Zero?
