We are at a crossroads that will determine the future of our Second Amendment Rights. The gun-haters have made it clear they will not respect the recent Supreme Court gun victory. Russell and Sallie Nordyke are victims of the anti-gunners nation-wide assault on our freedom. The couple had operated a gun show on the fairgrounds in Alameda County, California. In 1998, a shooting that was completely unrelated occurred on the fairgrounds. City officials blamed the shooting on the Nordyke's gun show and passed a law prohibiting all gun shows. SAF has just filed an amicus brief in the Nordyke vs. King case. The outcome of this case will determine if anti-gunners across America can continue to pass laws to grab your guns!
Recently, the Supreme Court ruled that the right to bear arms was protected by the Second Amendment and applies to all states. The victory of the decision was short lived. Now, California is refusing to let their citizens exercise their Second Amendment Rights. The Nordyke vs. King Case has been in the courts for 11 years!
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
The Constitution does not say the right to keep and bear arms is conditional. The Nordyke's and other gun show operators have the full protection of our Constitution.
IF SAF IS SUCCESSFUL, THE OUTCOME OF THIS CASE WILL PUT A STOP TO THE ANTI-FREEDOM BRIGADE

STRICTER ANTI-GUN LEGISLATION IS BEING PASSED EVERYDAY
Don't let the recent Supreme Court victory fool you. The gun-haters are working harder than ever in their effort to take away YOUR firearms. Just take a look at the anti-Second Amendment gang's recent triumphs. Pennsylvania just ruled that you can be denied a conceal carry permit because of your "reputation."
The courts in Baltimore Maryland supported a bogus law that prohibited a Navy veteran from obtaining a conceal carry permit to protect his family after an armed thug broke into their home. Westchester, New York has created a gun-grabbing task force to deny citizens their conceal carry permit. The list could go on forever.

California is banning gun shows because they erroneously believe gun shows increase crime. A study from researchers at the University of Michigan and the University of Maryland found "no evidence that gun shows lead to substantial increases in either gun homicides or suicides. In addition, tighter regulation of gun shows does not appear to reduce the number of firearm-related deaths."
To add to that, the Federal government as well as state and local government have a slew of laws that gun show operators must adhere to or face jail time. The Liberal zealots should take the time to do a little research before stripping us of our Constitutional Rights.
Most Gun Shows Abide by this Code:
1. All guns must be unloaded, tied and the magazines removed.
THIS INCLUDES FIREARMS OF CONCEALED CARRY PERMIT HOLDERS.
2. All ammo must be in sealed containers.
3. No loaded magazines allowed in the show.
4. No cameras allowed in the show.
5. Carts, dollys and baby strollers used to carry trade items cannot be brought into the show except by dealers.
6. Police officers who are in uniform or who are displaying badges have free admission.
7. All Federal, State and Local laws must be obeyed.
GUN SHOWS DON'T KILL PEOPLE. CRIMINALS DO.
