Let's get Lakin freed and put the real criminal in jail before Sharia law takes over

Decorated Lt. Colonel Lakin’s Trial May Be Precursor to Many More Under Sharia Law

In just a few days on October 13, 2010, U. S. Army Lt. Colonel Terrence Lakin, Chief of Primary Care and Flight Surgeon charged with caring for Army Chief of Staff General Casey's pilots and air crew will stand to a military courts martial trial with charges consisting of "missing movement" and of refusing to obey orders to which he will plead "Not Guilty" because of his conviction that our Commander-in-Chief may be ineligible under the United States Constitution to serve in that highest of all offices.

LTC Lakin is on the promotion list to the rank of full Colonel and is a veteran of 18 consecutive years of military service in Honduras, Bosnia, El Salvador, Korea and Afghanistan, during which he has received numerous awards and decorations including the Army Flight Surgeon Badge, Combat Medical Badge, the Bronze Star Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal with two Oak Leaf Clusters signifying subsequent awards, the National Defense Service Medal with Bronze Service Star, the Armed Forces Expedition Medal, the Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal, the Army Service and Overseas Service Ribbons sixth award and the NATO Service Medal. After reading the above, I think you will agree, even if you may perhaps have some reservations as to the charges that this exemplary fine specimen of a military gentleman should be given all due courtesy and consideration to present his case to the Army Board of Courts Martial. But there has been considerable evidence presented to indicate that many on the opposite side of this contest do not intend to be as courteous or respective of LTL Lakin's impeccable service. In fact, after reading some of the reviews written on the handling of his case, I am beginning to wonder if we might perhaps be witnessing the future of trials once Muslim Sharia Law takes effect with our President's blessings; less beheadings pray tell. Another descriptive title of the early hearings are fairly consistent with the goings-on of a good 'ole boys Kangaroo Court. During hearings at Fort Meade, MD, an Army Judge, Colonel Denise Lind, according to LTC Lakin's attorney Paul R. Jensen, made it "impossible" for a career medical officer to get a fair hearing on charges he refused to deploy to Afghanistan because of concern that obeying orders in the chain of command under an ineligible commander in chief would be illegal. When Judge Lind refused to allow defense plans to present evidence regarding President Obama's eligibility to serve as POTUS, claiming that those documents might prove "embarrassing" to the president, Frankly, I'm embarrassed for her, Col. Lind, not the usurper. Attorney Jensen told the press later that "We got absolutely slammed today, it's impossible for us to have a fair trial under these rulings." He was further quoted as saying: "Our arms were cut off last time. Our legs are being cut off this time." LTC Lakin had been prepared to defend his actions by saying that it was his duty to disobey orders which he believed to be illegal; and the continued refusal of Obama to make his REAL original birth certificate, and NOT the Certification of Live Birth which anyone can obtain simply by applying for it in Hawaii and which has no place for the name of the place of birth and/or the attending physician's name. Ambassador Alan Keyes and retired Air Force Lt. General Thomas McInerney were to be witnesses for the defense; Keyes being the Constitutional expert and McInerney to cover the training soldiers receive about questioning and disobeying orders. In her decision, Lind, acting as judge in the case, refused the last remaining arguments Lakin planned to make in his defense: motive and duty. Lakin had intended to explain his motive for disobeying the order and contend that it was his duty as a good soldier to disobey orders that he believes to be illegal. The defense also planned to call as witnesses Ambassador Alan Keyes and retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney. Keyes was to explain the constitutional issues involved in the case, and McInerney was to talk about the training soldiers receive regarding when they should question and even disobey orders. In addition Judge Roy Moore, of Ten Commandments in his courtroom and the Constitution fame, was prepared to side with Lakin's defense from his position with the Foundation for Moral Law. The 'American Patriot Foundation' with a website that supplied much of the information in this column at: safeguardourconstitution.com, has come out in defense of LTC Lakin and also another General Officer has volunteered his participation and knowledge to the case. Army Major General (Ret) Jerry Curry a decorated combat veteran has issued a statement saying he agrees with Lakin that the President should provide proof of eligibility. Curry served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for the Carter Administration, as Press Secretary to the Secretary of Defense for the Reagan Administration, and has worked in international relations, public affairs, management, aviation, and research and development. My earlier comment that this trial may be a precursor to Sharia Law stems from the conduct that this military hero has been subjected to since these hearings began a few months ago. At the conclusion of one of the earlier hearings, Lakin was ordered not to speak to the press and was immediately taken by military escort back to Walter Reed Medical Center without even being permitted to speak to his lawyer. Gestapo tactics from WWII Nazis. Also exhibiting these Nazi tactics was the lead prosecutor, a Lt Col. Steven Brodsky, who demanded that LTC Lakin be "transported under escort" to make sure he showed up, and refused to acknowledge Lakin's counsel's request not to have Lakin suffer such an indignity to which the prosecutor replied to Lakin's escort not to let Lakin speak to the media, or the public, and to "just taser him and throw him in the van." All this and much more can be seen at the above website for the 'American Patriot Foundation' which has also started a volunteer fund for LTC Lakin to help offset some of the huge costs for his defense. In my opinion, there is just one answer for all of this unnecessary, totally un-American behavior on the part of the military personnel assigned to try this brave and heroic American for asking what millions of other Americans, including myself, have been asking: "Show us the REAL Birth Certificate," the so-called Commander in Chief has declared that it be so. Let's get Lakin freed and put the real criminal in jail before Sharia law takes over.
