Let me quickly state that I advocate immigration. It is a part of the fabric which makes up our country, and always has been. In the same breath, though, I do not condone illegal immigration...at all. It is what it is, illegal, and should be stopped, actually years ago.
After much thought I'd like to throw out an idea to you this morning, and understand that's just what this is, simply an idea. But I'm asking you all for your own ideas, solutions, and opinions in regards to this...please respond.
I feel very strongly we can make something truly special happen from this, if we'd just put our heads together and don't accept no as an alternative. Look at the Tea Party as but one example...it started with only a few.
Why can't we, the American people, create a group to financially aid our friends and neighbors living in our border states in their plight of securing the border? This "group" to be privately funded by us, the United States citizen, in essence putting our money where our mouth is! As we've seen all too clearly, our D.C. politicians refuse to act with any type of real solution.
This money raised, to be used expressly for the security of the border. No exceptions, if so, funding stopped immediately. Set this up where the money is to be fully accountable and have a "commission" formed, by us, to oversee the expenditures. If a state accepts our aid, it can only do so if matching funds provided by the state are set up...penny for penny! This would be literally controlling our own destiny.
Why Would We Do This?
Quickly, one good reason is that illegal immigration is exactly that...
ILLEGAL, against our law!
Secondly, if you're helping Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, or California you're actually helping yourself as well. This is
our problem same as theirs. If we can stop, or even slow to a trickle this mass exodus, just from an economic standpoint we'll have saved the taxpayer billions of dollars! The little you'd be asked to contribute would pale quickly to the savings you'd be creating.
Read the article linked above and see the crime coming into our country this would also resolve. On top of that you have the very, very, serious problem of people crossing our borders that are entering our country, once more illegally, from countries advocating terrorism. How many of these people actually
are terrorists?
Lastly, I'd like you to look at this from a different perspective entirely. One I hope will help to make up your mind and let you see the importance of "we the people" creating some sort of group in regards to our shared problem of securing our border.
If someone broke into your home, your actual residence, would you not take this action very seriously? At that point by, having the security your home provides to you and your family assaulted, would you not take measures to insure this not taking place again? Of course you would, we all would.
Is our country not our home? It sure is, and if someone knocks on my door, asks for directions, or help with a flat tire, etc., they're welcomed. You see they came as they should, respectfully knocking and asking for help.
Whereas someone comes to my home and sneaks inside, or goes into my barn to get a tool to change their tire, etc., without asking, then this is exactly the same thing as entering our country, our home, illegally, and they shouldn't be welcomed. As a matter of fact they should be ran off or arrested.
But our politicians just cannot grasp that, so if that's the case, isn't it time that we decide to help our friends and neighbors, the Border States to resolve this problem on their own? I think so.
Let's Take a Page from the Far-Left
The far-left have been very good at one thing, and that is the bringing of their message to the so-called "masses." Just look for one second at their ability to control the media, and their groups and community organizations are preaching their message incessantly, many of these groups being federally subsidized
(using OUR money) as you well know. They've "hung the heavy yoke" of political correctness around our necks, and use it daily in suppressing or even ignoring news needed by "we the people" in regards to making honest and knowledgeable decisions in regards to our lives.
So with this knowledge of their "tactics," why don't we take a page from the far-left and use it to our advantage for a change!
We all know the far-left in their quest for "social justice," like to quote from what they deem as "great philosophers," one of which is Mao.
Bill Ayers co-authored a book with his wife, Bernardine Dohrn, Jeff Jones, and Celia Sojourn. The book's title is "Prairie Fire: The Politics of Revolutionary Anti-Imperialism," and was in reference to an observation from Mao. The reference being that
a single spark can start a prairie fire.
This is exactly what we can do in regards to the illegal immigration in our country. If we'll all join together in the formation of a group to help fund our sister states in their fight of securing our borders, we can all be the single sparks that in reality, become a prairie fire.
I promise you this can become reality, but it will take time and money. It's in areas, and with ideas like these that has enabled the left to accomplish what they have in regards to their agenda.

As you can tell this is but a rough draft of an idea. The help needed in this regard is for everyone to be giving this thought and literally becoming vocal yourselves in what can we do to further this along. If you have an idea, once again, send it. I truly believe if you put your heart and soul into this, you may be pleasantly surprised as to where it actually goes!
