We've seen Piers Morgan hold his own in a gun control debate when facing someone who's barely coherent. Unfortunately for the condescending Brit, the minute he books a competent guest his arguments completely fall apart.
Last night, he spoke with Breitbart's editor-at-large Ben Shapiro. During the interview, the host not only embarrassed himself by calling the United States Constitution "your little book," but also managed to fail - in every way - to address any of his guest's points.
Shapiro dominated the show, won the argument, and never had to raise his voice to get it done. Alex Jones, please take note. This is how you handle an obnoxious leftist who's trying to shred your founding document.
If you're among those asking "why we're wasting time on this guy," it's because Morgan's show has become the de facto face of the gun control movement. He's placed himself at the center of the debate, bangs the gun control drum nightly, and to ignore him would be irresponsible. His beliefs may be without merit, but they form the central thesis of the modern anti-gun movement.
