For the many whose complaints were marginalized when New York Cardinal Timothy Dolan invited President Barack Obama to the legendary Al Smith dinner two weeks before the November 6 election on the weak-kneed alibi that “he invited Mitt Romney too”: Cardinal Dolan gave abortion-loving Vice President Joe Biden Holy Communion and a gleeful shout-out from the altar of St. Patrick’s Cathedral, New York City on Palm Sunday.

Most shamefully and unabashedly, yes he did. Even as the faithful were honouring the beginning of Holy Week 2013 in the memory of Christ riding a donkey into Jerusalem, the Big Apple Cardinal was bestowing special honours on the man who serves the champion of partial birth abortion as his vice president. This is the same Cardinal Dolan who, most mercifully never captured the papacy that the mainstream media so fervently wished for him. There were no smiling pictures like the viral one of Dolan with Obama at the pre-presidential election Al Smith dinner; no big stir about Joe Biden’s special treatment at Palm Sunday Mass. Until, that is, courageous Michael Voris of ChurchMilitant.TV/St. Michael’s Media came along with this YouTube. Small wonder that many are praying that tomorrow night’s 1st Annual Bishop Fulton Sheen gala, will open the floodgates for Voris’ attempt at ‘Bringing Christ to the Internet’. The dinner is being held at the Croatian Centre in Kitchener, Ont. with Al Smith (not the New York one, but the popular Canadian radio personality) as Master of Ceremonies. Michael Voris is the live special guest, the beloved Bishop Fulton Sheen, the spiritual one. But this is a dinner that invites worldwide guests via an 8 p.m. live stream: Being there is only a matter of clicking here. Canada Free Press (CFP) will also be live streaming the Bishop Sheen gala from its front page, at 8 p.m., EST. When those thirsting for truth go looking for, the Way and the Truth and the Life in the Public Square, true believers only find news about and pictures of Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi and all other Pharaohs of the Day. Christ has been driven from the Public Square, the classroom; the mention of his name ridiculed; his Crucifix removed from veteran cemeteries and covered over at major Catholic universities. In this the Octave of Easter, the quest of ‘Bringing Christ to the Internet’ begins tomorrow night. Godspeed, Michael Voris.
