As far as Obama and the Democrat Party are concerned, the economy actually has to remain broken so they can try to “fix” it by putting government bureaucrats in charge

Why the federal government cannot fix the economy

Congressional liberals incessantly propose and pass legislation that contravenes basic economic common sense and fundamental principles of economics. Any time Obama and the Democrats talk about legislation that will help economic recovery, you can be sure that is not the purpose of the legislation. “Economic recovery” to them means government spending that actually hinders economic recovery.
To understand this we have to look at the philosophy of Marxism, which has gone mainstream in the Democrat party these days. According to Karl Marx, the working class and capitalist class are at odds, and society can only progress by the abolition of the capitalist class. While there are many varieties of Marxism that have arisen in the last 150 years, the most popular ones today involve working through the legislative and electoral system, a process that actually falls short of what Marx envisioned as a violent revolutionary process. But it is Marxist nonetheless, even though most Democrats will not even acknowledge it as such. Marx’s proletariat, or “working class” becomes “the middle class” and the bourgeoisie, or the ruling “capitalists,” are the CEOs or rich businesspeople who are demonized as long as they aren’t Democrats. The Democrats could more accurately be described as Marxist gradualists, because advocating violent revolution would blow their cover, as they whittle away at the abolition of capitalism. In fact, their unprecedented power grab under the leadership of President Obama, who is clearly a Marxist as indicated by his talk of “redistribution of wealth” and his constant attacks on the rich, is threatening to expose their cover to those who have chosen not to live in the fantasy world the Democrats offer up as reality.

The Republican brand is becoming tainted with Marxist leanings as well, as they choose to take the Democrats at their word, and accept and use their Marxist terminology in their own description of society. We should not be saying that we are working to help the “middle class,” because there is no such thing. Our nation is not divided by distinct classes in which people permanently remain. And “ruling class” is such an absurd term when factory workers, the stereotypical “working class” often own stocks, which makes them shareholders, or owners of the capitalist enterprises Marxists are supposed to overthrow. So when we see or hear Democrats talking about “economic recovery” we have to understand they are talking about something else, since “economic recovery” is an anti-Marxist term. Once we see that the Democrats and Obama are operating under a Marxist philosophy, we can then understand that they seek to have complete control over the economy, something which requires the failure of private enterprise and a free market economy. They are really seeking to transform our country into a command economy, even though they limit the use of that term to what you have in a country run by a Communist party, like North Korea or China. In those countries, every part of the economy is planned out by the Communist Party. But you can actually have part of your economy in a command economy, where the government dictates prices and production quotas. The implementation of Obamacare would establish about 20% of our economy, medical care, under a command economy, thanks to legislation passed during the two years Democrat had majorities in both the House and Senate when Barack Obama became President. As far as Obama and the Democrat Party are concerned, the economy actually has to remain broken so they can try to “fix” it by putting government bureaucrats in charge of more and more of it. To achieve their goal of solving economic inequality, they will have to be political overlords of a total command economy, determining who they think should have their wealth taken away, and who they think is deserving of receiving it. As we work to stop Obamacare, we are actually fighting against a Marxist transformation of our country into a complete command economy, where private property is a thing of the past.
