Shades of Jimmy Carter! Let's not forget Carter simply handed off the Panama Canal after the blood, sweat, tears and lives of Americans who created it from scratch. So why are American liberals always so intent upon punishing the States? In a word--Marxism!
Will the USA ever decide that Barack's furiously anti-America tour has gone too far? Would the typical American really want the Internet, which is a mostly native creation, handed over to a UN type body? This is crazy policy and truly infuriating. The myth that must be punctured here is the notion that only "international" bodies have the right, or can be trusted with important global concerns. In fact, if anything--history proves just the opposite. Further, this canard is launched upon the lie that the "world" created freedom and justice, and therefore has a right to preserve and own all good things. In fact, the very notion of freedom and liberty is a European, and mostly British development, then grafted into America. or example, British patriots like Selden and Coke helped craft the Petition of Right, precursor to the British Bill of Rights, a foundation of Founders Jefferson and Madison’s Declaration, Constitution and Bill of Rights.
Now, with Barack's handover of the Internet, he achieves several apparent key goals. First, to hobble America's desire to control our own destiny. Second, to fight back at the notion America is in any way special, or deserves any outsized say in world affairs. Third, to create a global, socialist tax source, designed to fund revenue-streams for world governance undertakings. Fourth, to make America a victim of the whims of such world-bodies, which invariably are horribly inefficient, unfair, hypocritical and ineffective. Fifth, to act as a hammer against capitalism, and raise high the black flag for the inevitable rise of the world Marxist state.
I. American Malfeasance: Twin Cancers -- Carter & Obama
Between former president Jimmy Carter and Barack Obama, America has suffered astounding assaults against the integrity of our constitutional democratic republic. Citizens certainly have the right to ask why these two politicians in particular have levied such grievous wounds against our body politic? The answer is they both adhere to the same basic corpus of humanistic fairy tales which compose the holy writ of modern leftism.
The modern Democrat party is reflexively socialist in its beliefs and practice. Further, the American populace as a whole have absorbed the advancing leftism found in the university system, Hollywood and in the mainstream media. For example, while states originally repeatedly rejected every attempt to pass gay marriage bills, higher courts regularly overturned these. Meanwhile, support for this innovation increased as children educated in progressive schools reached majority and could vote. Voila -- our marriage revolution.
And while some might argue freedom is increased, by such changes, our society been slowly dismembered to the point where the traditional family structure is now regarded as passé. An entire litany of societal, economic and political adjustments have been made in the name of the progressive movement. And all of these, popularly referred to as Political Correctness, are meant to dissolve the foundation of American independence beneath our feet. And so our republic daily rests more and more upon the restrictive and rapacious arms of our government.
A. Trainwreck 1: Jimmy Carter
Jimmy Carter's mistakes were broad and deep, bearing in mind he only served four years. First, he took an underperforming economy and added high interest rates and sky high inflation. Second, Carter almost single-handedly created a seemingly permanent energy crisis from inept policy. Third, Carter turned his back on US allies, then embraced enemies. Fourth, Carter introduced the idea that America was in decline, and had to prepare itself for a diminishing role in the world.
Fifth, Carter claimed the US must divest of such priceless assets as the Panama Canal. Sixth, Carter not merely mishandled the Iranian hostage crisis, allowing the Americans to languish for 444 days. But according to author Mike Evans, in
Jimmy Carter: The Liberal Left and World Chaos: A Carter/Obama Plan That Will Not Work, Carter actually helped cause the crisis by giving the Ayatollah $600 million dollars while he was a refugee in Paris, right before the Ayatollah returned and helped lead the Iranian Revolution. (Mike Evan's
video) Contrarian Carter has spent his golden years shaming Israel and demanding they give in to the demands of neighboring Muslims.

Carter has managed the extraordinary feat of having, at one and the same time, the worst relations with our allies, the worst relations with our adversaries, and the most serious upheavals in the developing world since the end of the Second World War.
Yet, even
Jimmy Carter looks down at Obama's handling of the Oval Office: "He's done the best he could under the circumstances. His major accomplishment was Obamacare, and the implementation of it now is questionable at best."
B. Trainwreck 2: Barack Obama
Barack Obama has upped the ante over the obtuse and obdurate Carter. First, his economic policies have led to 5 straight years of underperforming economy. Second, he has perpetually hurt energy independence. Barack blocked the Keystone Pipeline and its million daily barrels of North American oil. He also suspended oil production in the Gulf for many months, and took a million federal acres out of oil exploration and production, while claiming "We can't drill our way out" of our energy needs. Third, Obama also turned his back on allies, like Egypt's Hosni Mubarak. He then aided Middle Eastern unrest through his illogical Muslim Spring campaign which absurdly found him backing a Muslim Brethren tyrant, at one point. He has also antagonized US uber-ally Israel, while placating Iran's atomic regime. Meanwhile, Barack apparently did nothing while a US ambassador was killed by militants in Libya.
Fourth, Obama has repeatedly bad mouthed America, both at home and abroad, while suggesting we must accept a diminished global role. Such actions, as wild deficit spending, overwhelming the medical system by sheer lies, and is now announcing plans to drastically downsize the military, all augur a weaker US. Fifth, upon gaining office, Obama immediately backed out of the Polish missile deal, years before President Putin unilaterally invaded the Ukraine. Obama has now announced he's handing over control of the Internet, perhaps the biggest driver of the US economy of the last 20 years, to some international body. (see

Where is it written that the USA must be led by extreme leftists who commit themselves to employing various means to deliver America a short, sharp shock? Actually, the idea that evil capitalism must be defied and overturned by revolution is the premise of the Communist Manifesto.
II. Manchurian Marxist Super-Plants: Alger Hiss & Barack Obama?
A. American Communism: Chambers Versus Hiss
Is Barack Obama a communist, Marxist plant? What a silly question! Is it really possible that a high-status, elite American would trade his or her opportunity at traditional greatness to attempt a body blow against the US in the name of Karl Marx?
In fact, not only is it possible, but such highly placed communist treason has actually happened in recent history. Not long ago, a top Harvard Law School graduate, by the name of Alger Hiss, traded his entire future for the mere opportunity to create treason against America in the name of Marxist communism. Hiss was exposed by a former communist, turned patriot named Whitaker Chambers. The story of this intrigue is one of the greatest in the history of the USA. Chamber's story is

Whittaker Chambers, a veteran Soviet spy who became, in William F. Buckley Jr.'s words, "the most important American defector from Communism." In August 1948, Chambers, an editor at Time, identified Alger Hiss, a golden boy of the liberal establishment, as a fellow member of his underground Communist cell in the 1930s. Hiss, a former assistant to the Secretary of State and former General Secretary of the United Nations founding conference at San Francisco, and then president of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, immediately denied Chambers' allegation.
A great deal more than the reputations of the two men was at stake. If Hiss was innocent, anti-Communism--and the careers of those closely associated with it, like Richard Nixon, a prominent member of the congressional investigating committee--would be dealt a deadly blow. If Hiss was guilty, anti-Communism would become a permanent part of the political landscape, and its spokesmen would become national leaders.
It took two protracted trials (Hiss reluctantly sued Chambers for slander), but Hiss was finally convicted of perjury for denying his espionage activities and sentenced to five years in jail. Hiss went to his grave more than 40 years later still protesting his innocence--and still lauded by many on the Left. But later documents released in the mid-1990s confirmed that Alger Hiss had been a Soviet spy not only in the 1930s, but at least until 1945.
But who was Alger Hiss? In fact, Hiss's life bears an uncanny resemblance to Barack Obama. Hiss lost his father young, and was raised by his Mother and her family. Says

Alger Hiss was born in 1904, the fourth of five children in an upper-middle-class Presbyterian family in Baltimore. The Hiss family was financially comfortable but emotionally troubled. When Alger was only two years old, his father committed suicide by cutting his throat with a razor. When Alger was 25, his sister Mary Ann committed suicide by drinking a household cleanser. Hiss's older brother Bosley died after a kidney disorder was aggravated by overindulgence in alcohol.

Hiss attended Johns Hopkins University and then Harvard Law School, where he came under the influence of future Supreme Court Justice Felix Frankfurter. He graduated from the law school in 1929. On Frankfurter's recommendation, Hiss received the honor of becoming Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes's private secretary. Hiss would later say Holmes was the most profound influence in his life.
Hiss went on to be recommended to several important government jobs, during which he also acted as a Soviet spy.
B. Manchurian Espionage
It is in keeping the romantic, yet skewed ideals of Marxism that followers should be ready to trade their very lives to further the cause. In an interesting variation, the movie The Manchurian Candidate offers the idea that a person could be brainwashed into becoming a Marxist, then used as a Leftist zombie to further the cause. III. Diseased Religion: Missionary, Self-Sacrificial, Prophetic & Apocalyptic Marxism
The last element to consider is
why Barack Obama, as Jimmy Carter before him, seems so fully infatuated with fulfilling some kind of progressive destiny? The answer must lie in the way that Marxism offers a religious, messianic, missionary and apocalyptic vision of life for adherents. In other words, Barack seems like he's talking down to the average American because they are not enlightened enough to realize Marxism is the truth of the world. And Barack always seems out of step with traditional Americanism because he's utterly opposed to our patriotic vision of life. So he desperately attempts to foment revolution to save the earth from capitalism, goes this theory.
According to Marx, the destiny of humans is not religious, but humanistic, so we must prepare for that. As to why it is reasonable to accept Marx's prophetic vision of mankind's revolution without any opposition -- is never explained, while the Bible's story is a laughable hoax!
Having previously outlined the religious elements of modern liberalism (see

Government as God is Liberalism's Idea--Stolen From Ancient Pagan World), suffice it to say that Marxism recapitulates the very worst parts of religious fanaticism. For example, is the perennial infatuation with socialist control of civil rights, and the utter elimination of all "enemies of the state."
Here one can begin to understand how the followers of Marxism reveal the most obvious signs of a religious outlook. First, Marxism insists there is no God, and so creates a vacuum which only Marxism can fill. Second, Marxism makes absolutist, exhaustive and universal claims about the state of mankind. Third, Marxism is full of prophecies which seem bizarre except within the context of a religious backdrop. Fourth, Marxism is relentlessly judgmental and condemning over such sins as "greed," when as atheists, it would seem that any attempt to conjure up a new Ten Commandments would be seen as unacceptable.
Paul Johnson, in his seminal
Intellectuals, notes the religious tenor of Marx's writings, stating:
Marx, in short, is an eschatological writer from start to finish. It is notable, for instance, that in the original draft of The German Ideology he included a passage strongly reminiscent of his poems, dealing with 'the Day of Judgment', 'when the reflections of burning cities are seen in the heavens'.
The point is that Marx's concept of a Doomsday, whether in its lurid poetic version or its eventually economic one, is an artistic not a scientific vision. It was always in Marx's mind, and as a political economist he worked backwards from it, seeking the evidence that made it inevitable, rather than forward to it, from objectively examined data. And of course it is the poetic element which gives Marx's historical projection its drama and its fascination to radical readers, who want to believe that the death and judgment of capitalism is coming.
The fact is that real Marxists, like Carter and Obama, spend their entire lives attempting to assimilate far enough into polite society to pass as patriotic Americans. But scratch below the surface and you discover the souls of card-carrying communists who devote their entire lives to upending capitalism and representative democracy to erect a socialist "paradise on earth." Even if this means destroying their reputations in the process! This is why so much carnage is left in their wake and why Americans are so deeply dissatisfied, disoriented and afraid under the reigns of such Marxist pseudo-leaders. For it is a dreadful thing to live under the heavy hand of an unthinking, unsympathetic and revolutionary tyrant.
