Muslim Brotherhood, al Qaeda and the West all gunning for El-Sisi's head

CAIRO, EGYPT—The Egyptian presidential elections have begun—with wide expectations that former Defense Minister Abdel Fattah El-Sisi will be the winner.
El-Sisi—the most powerful man in Egypt—and maybe in the whole Middle East now--is the man who toppled the Muslim Brotherhood, killed, arrested, displaced their leaders, orphaned their children, widowed their wives, ruined their business, confiscated their money, and turned their dreams into nightmares. Anyone who reads the history of the Muslim Brotherhood knows that assassinations were always their favorite way to get rid of their enemies or whomever stood in their way. El-Sisi, who utterly shattered their dreams —which they've been working on for eighty long years— delivered the knockout punch. Recently, El-Sisi revealed during his first televised debate that he survived two assassination attempts, without disclosing details. It seems that the Assassination of El-Sisi has already become the ultimate goal of the Brotherhood and their militias. Sources reveal that Russian and Egyptian intelligence services have discovered 3 different plans for the assassination of El-Sisi. The sources point out that the first assassination plot was right after the June 30 revolution, and that this scheme was planned in a German city with the presence of members of the international Muslim Brotherhood organization--and the representatives of three different countries intelligence agencies, who support the Brotherhood.

According to what had been agreed upon during the meeting, the assassination of El-Sisi would come by targeting his motorcade, with the attack made by either a suicide bomber or an RPG rocket. Egyptian intelligence found information about this meeting and revealed it to El-Sisi. The plan was not limited to El-Sisi, but included targeting a number of highly placed officials, including the Grand Sheikh of Al-Azhar and the Pope of the Christian Copts. A security source—on condition of anonymity—said that the first attempt was planned when El-Sisi was going to meet the interim president. A Parked SUV with two tons of explosive parked on the side of the road, was to be detonated by remote control. The source explained that the scheme was ruined when security discovered the car a few minutes before El-Sisi's arrival, dealt with it, then changed El-Sisi's route. The second assassination attempt was revealed by intelligence cooperation between Egypt and Russia. It exposed an agreement between the intelligence of a 'superpower' country and the Muslim Brotherhood, which targeted El-Sisi and other military leaders by targeting their homes after a Western country had photographed them by satellite. UAE newspaper Albayan reported that Brotherhood leaders received a detailed list of home addresses and maps of army leaders. A copy of these lists was found with terrorists, who were caught in Sinai peninsula. The attacks would have been carried out by RPG or by planting explosive devices in cars. The second attempt on El-Sisi’s life was also by a car carrying one ton of explosives, while El-Sisi was on his way home from his office. With the cutting off of cellular communications during the passage of the motorcade, the car wasn't exploded and was discovered after El-Sisi had already passed. After the failed attempts, the Brotherhood plotted again to assassinate El-Sisi after his announced candidacy for the presidency, and still intend to take any opportunity while he is out on the campaign trail. According to security sources, there are three groups who dream of capturing El-Sisi's head--including Western sources who fear the emergence of a 'New Nasser', and worry that he will disrupt their interests in the Middle East. Al-Qaeda is on the El Sisi hunt. In phone calls recorded between Morsi with Ayman al-Zawahiri, which were leaked by security to the media, Morsi requested support from al-Zawahiri against El-Sisi before the June 30 revolution. Al-Zawahri assured him that he must be killed because El-Sisi is fighting the Mujahideen in Sinai, with their dream of the Sinai becoming an Islamic state all but over, al Qaeda would take revenge on the man who caused it. Seeking revenge, the Brotherhood wants the assassination of el-Sisi, for standing with the people on June 30, and for successfully overthrowing Morsi and the Brotherhood. According to a study of the Washington Institute for Near East Studies, entitled "The Candidate in His Labyrinth", the report stressed that El-Sisi is currently sleeping in unknown places, and that he sends envoys to the countryside to give speeches on his behalf, rather than doing the rounds in his election campaign. But his keeping away from the speech making will mot stop him from handily winning Egypt's presidential election on May 26-27. According to the report, many Brotherhood members are gung-ho to kill El-Sisi, especially the youth who are the most intense and aggressive. For example: an 18-year-old activist at Cairo University, who belongs to the group said: "We must execute El-Sisi after the fall of the coup. Another senior official of the group suggested that the first step in the direction of national reconciliation is the formation of an "independent committee" to investigate the violence that followed the overthrow of former President Morsi, and consider the killings, claiming that el-Sisi would be convicted of mass assassination and thus would be doomed to death! The report also says that there are at least 2 to 3 million Egyptians who harbor hatred for El-Sisi, which prompted members of his campaign to advise him not to wander around the country for the electoral campaign. A security source told the Saudi newspaper Alyoum about a secret plot that was approved by the Muslim Brotherhood International Organization, with the complicity of inside elements, in order to push Egypt into hopeless chaos, through a policy of "demolishing the temple" on the heads of everyone. The source explained the dimensions of the assassination scenario, as a strategic objective for the Brotherhood, who have been preparing for more than one method with the participation of the intelligence services of Qatar and Turkey and Western countries like America, Britain and Germany British, making Cyprus the center for their secret moves.
