Will the Liberal's come clean that they are generating hundreds of millions of dollars if not billions of dollars in extra revenue by changing the time of use hours in the winter months from the summer months.
As it is dark when you get up in the winter and dark when you get home by 5pm just in time to cook and turn your lights on all peak hour rates on top of the by annual rate increase we get on Nov 1 each year. This seems to be a form of double dipping into the consumers pocket.
As the summer months it daylight 5-6 am when you get up and day light on average till 9 pm which means less hydro used and more BBQ.
This time of use has no benefit for the consumer as the Liberals promised.
Will the Liberals come clean and tell Ontarians how much of the 87 billion forecast price they spent so far on these hydro upgrades how much more is going to be spent, and how far behind schedule and behind budget they are as in just one instance 1 billion was wasted on 2 cancelled gas plants plus pending law suites against them.
Also when completed will the Liberals come clean on what is there forecast per KWH for low - mid -peak hours and will rates drop as construction will have been completed as just regular maintenance will be required or will they remain high to pay for hydro one and the Ontario Power Generation short fall in the pension fund.of 3.3 BILLION.
