Liberal Judge Dumps Constitution - Orders Drivers Licenses Be Issued to Illegals

If anyone in America has suspicions that communism, in the more friendly, yet more deviously illegal, form called Socialism is commandeering our civil rights, in fact, ALL of our rights, he or she is absolutely spot on target. Without a miniscule of legislation put forth by our law-making branch of government, the Legislative Branch AKA Congress, we are being trussed like slaves and unjustly pilloried from the most unlikely of places, the Judiciary Branch of our very own government; the Branch that is supposed to rule on correctness of application, but is currently failing miserably and illegally and uncaringly as judges announce legislation from the bench without holding the powers to do so.

Arrogant liberal socialist-communist, anti US Constitution, America hating, self-important, fatuous, tiny-minded judges are self patterned and self appointed blatantly ineligible legislators of declarations of distribution of products in non-existing distribution allowances to non eligible illegal aliens on their own volition. In other words: Taking and making legal decisions where no permission is covered under their granted authority. They are usurping the authority granted to the states and making illegal decisions reserved to the fifty states and NOT the federal government. Godfather Politics columnist Dave Jolly wrote in that online publication on Dec. 22, 2014 "Court Violates Arizona's 10th Amendment State's Rights" about such an illegal usurpation under the U S Constitution as pertains to illegally granting rights reserved to the states. Case in point: "Drivers licenses ordered by Judge David G. Campbell, of the US District Court for the District of Arizona, ruling to strip the state of its 10th Amendment rights." Author Jolly begins by explaining that "Our Founding Fathers purposely formed our new nation to have a small federal government with most of the power and authority reserved to the states." And as most enlightened people know, the Founding Fathers scrupulously made the Constitution a document that protected the basic protections to care for the people in the states and not to be subjected to tyrannical rule from the federal government by the simple means of creating a Bill of Rights. Jolly further explains, "The federal government was primarily tasked with supporting and protecting the states and the newly formed country. When they wrote the Bill of Rights, they knew it was important enough to protect the states' rights that they wrote it into the 10th Amendment which reads:

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

It is quite difficult for me as a layman not educated in legalese to understand how a supposedly highly educated person could read the foregoing, very simplistic statement, and then pronounce a ruling of his very own that completely countermands those very orderly words. It reminds me of the scenario where the teacher asks the dunce, "What part of "NO" do you NOT understand little fellow?" That ruling was not handed down a few days ago, it has been in existence for more than TWO HUNDRED YEARS! How could a District Court Judge in all good intentions read that to believe that it reserved to HIM to make the ruling that HE did not only grant these illegal aliens who are present in this country by breaking the laws of legal immigration and then demanding government services that have reserved to bona fide residents and citizens of the country. Liberals in our country are all for giving these illegals anything the liberals can imagine while laying costs for such gifts directly on the shoulders of all the rest of the legal taxpaying citizens. But in addition to these un-American liberal Democrats granting the issuance of drivers' licenses for supposedly good faith reasons, by doing so, these liberals are driven by another illegal purpose over and above good faith motives. Their ultimate illegal reason for granting drivers licenses to the illegal aliens, in fact, grants them a document of proof that, hold onto your hats America, GIVES THEM A WHITE PAPER TO FALSIFY THE REQUIREMENT OF BEING A LEGAL CITIZEN TO ALLOW THEM TO V-O-T-E! When states have Voter ID laws as a requirement to vote, the state issued driver's license can be used for such verification, even if a District Court Judge has Constitutionally ordered the state to issue such document in violation of the Tenth Amendment. Your rights as a legal taxpaying citizen of that state will be trampled every time one of the illegal alien produces an unconstitutional driver's license in order to vote for most cases, liberals and ultra-liberals such as Obama and their lackeys like District Count Judge David G. Campbell, the judge that threw YOU in the soup by deliberately breaching established Constitutional law. Godfather Politics Author Jolly has gotten assurances of contesting Campbell's decision from Arizona's Governor Jan Brewer who is nearing the end of her term and "has vowed to fight Campbell's ruling. She says she is confident that Arizona will prevail in the end and has issued a statement saying:

"The right to determine who is issued a driver license is reserved for the states - not the federal government or an unelected judiciary."

Most of America's legal citizens should be with the Governor in this battle for Constitutional rights and the preservation of law and order in OUR country.
