But there's a new way to help.

GoFundMe shuts down campaign for bakery targeted by gay marriage fascists

Apparently it's not enough for the Gay Borg to force people to bake cakes for their weddings, and it's not enough for gay couples feigning mental distress to get massive cash awards for bureaucrats for their troubles. Now they need to make it impossible for the Christian bakers to pay them the money you'd think they'd want to receive, by pressuring GoFundMe to shut down campaign pages on behalf of said bakers.
Because the point is not to help the gays and lesbians. It's to put the Christians out of business. And per the Daily Signal, GoFundMe is proving as easily pressured as those Indiana Chamber of Commerce types who just don't want any trouble. So the campaign on behalf of Grisham, Oregon-based Melissa's Sweet Cakes has been shut down. And GoFundMe's reasoning is . . . interesting, to say the least:
On GoFundMe’s terms and conditions, which are available to the public, the company prohibits “campaigns in defense of formal charges of heinous crimes, including violent, hateful, or sexual acts.” Anna Harmon, attorney for the Kleins, told The Daily Signal that what happened to the Kleins “is not a crime.” “It was heard in an administrative court and there has been no opportunity or a jury or even a final order to be issued in the case yet,” she said.

Harmon added that Melissa and her five children, who all stand to benefit from the public’s donations, have been exonerated. Melissa and her children were not present at the bakery at the time of the refusal. GoFundMe said the money raised thus far “will still be made available for withdrawal,” which means the Kleins will be able to keep the donations. In the meantime, the family has set up a temporary donation page on Samaritan’s Purse. All is clearly not lost here. The Kleins get to keep the $100,000 already raised for them on GoFundMe, and I have no doubt Samaritan's Purse will provide a successful venue for further supporters to raise the rest of the money they need, which means Melissa's Sweet Cakes will not have to go into bankruptcy and the family won't personally be ruined. And what a disappointment that must be to the gay mafia, whose agenda is to intimidate all gay marriage opponents into not just silence but compliance, for fear of just such a ruination. When put in an untenable position like this, Christians and others who support their right to operate their business as they see fit will come to their aid. So the gay mafia will take it up a notch, attempting to intimidate the fundraising organizations from cooperating with the effort. I don't imagine they're going to intimidate Samaritan's Purse, but who knows? Maybe they can persuade friendly Democrat lawmakers (or terrified Republicans) to legislate them out of business. And what's with GoFundMe claiming they took the action because Melissa's Sweet Cakes had been charged with some sort of heinous crime? Declining to bake a cake? This is what happens when activists don't care who they destroy, and normal people are too terrified to stand up to them. The owners of Melissa's Sweet Cakes deserve to be turned into millionaires for their commitment to their faith. The lesbian couple trying to destroy them out of spite deserves a cake in their faces. A bitter one, at that.
