‘Grumpy Cat’ versus ‘Obama Rat’

In an upside-down world where the ‘progressives’ having gained control sent truth telling on permanent vacation, President Barack Obama compares Republicans to “Grumpy Cat”. To millions languishing in wait out there in the Peanut Gallery, it’s more like “Grumpy Cat versus Obama Rat”. It gets crazier by day with lots of down-the-rabbit-hole material on the Net for anyone with the time to go surfing for it.
“On Friday, Obama was fired up as he took the stage at the Democratic National Committee's Women's Leadership Forum here, slamming Republican presidential candidates for their pessimistic rhetoric on the trail. (CNN, Oct. 23, 2015)
“Citing "enormous progress" made during his presidency, Obama asked, "why is it that Republican politicians are so down on America?" "I mean, they are -- they are gloomy," he added, eliciting laughter from (the) crowd. "They're like Grumpy Cat." “The comparison was accompanied by an imitation of the Grumpy Cat frown -- an image familiar to fans of the Internet meme that ultimately spawned a product line and a Christmas movie. "I mean, I know it's political season," Obama continued, "but you listen to (the Republicans) and they've constructed this entire separate reality. It's like the Twilight Zone."
It’s certainly “like the Twilight Zone” when a Marxist, who dances with terrorists while on a steadfast mission to fundamentally transform America, dares to ask why Republican politicians are “so down on America”.

The plain truth is that It’s not ‘Grumpy Cat’ Republicans but ‘Obama Rat’ who is so unabashedly down on America. Just one day before asking fawning Democrats if they noticed how “Republican politicians are so down on America", Obama vetoed the bipartisan National Defense Authorization Act--the funding bill for the military.  “In effect, Obama shut down the military,” wrote  popular talk show radio host and Conservative Review Editor in Chief Mark Levin, outlining what’s at stake with the veto, especially when compounded with Obama’s immigration and refugee policies.”
“When Obama’s actions are taken in totality, Levin said it is a terror “prescription for disaster.”
You can’t get much further down on America than shutting down the military six and a half years in during the last year of your presidency. With plenty of pictures of Obama wearing the Grumpy Cat frown on the Internet, he must have had plenty of time practicing it in front of a mirror between golfing and vacationing. (Google to find oodles of pictures of a Grumpy Cat frowning Obama.) “Several times during his 23-minute speech, Obama referred to Republicans' statements as "crazy." (CNN) "You've gotta feel bad for the fact-checkers for the Republicans," Obama said at one point, "'cause they've got to spend hours trying to keep up with some of the crazy stuff that their candidates are claiming." “In particular, Obama took issue with some Republican candidates' skepticism about climate change -- a key issue for the President's administration. "The way (Republicans) approach climate change is a good illustration of the problems that they're having," Obama said. "Now, let's just take an example: If you went to 100 doctors and 99 of them said you are really sick -- you've got, let's say, high cholesterol," Obama hypothesized. "What would you do?" "Would you say those 99 doctors are crazy and part of a wild-eyed socialist plot to prevent you from eating cheese?" he asked, again, eliciting raucous laughter. "Or would you say, you know what, I bet those doctors know what they're talking about? I've got to modify my diet a little bit." Instead of disbelief, this registered applause and raucous laughter from the Dem crowd. If Obama could rope a pope into believing that climate change, not radical Islamic terrorism, is the world’s biggest threat, shepherding Republicans into the global warming scam should be a walk in the park. While Obama was mimicking Grumpy Cat’s frown, just one day earlier, Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton was eliciting loud groans while she showed a smirking face during the Benghazi congressional hearings. Meanwhile, it isn’t Republican statements that are crazy, it’s that while Clinton, who outright lied to save Obama’s campaign for reelection in 2012 by attributing the death of four Americans in Benghazi to an obscure video, will never face a jail term, but one day global warming deniers will.
