California Democrats Schooled On Definition of 'Hate Speech' At Hearing

There is a rumor going around the California State Capitol that the Legislature is about to vote on a ban of humor in the state, because every time someone laughs at something funny, it is apparently at the expense of someone else's feelings. If this sounds silly, the Senate hearing held Tuesday, ostensibly on "hate speech," was even more nonsensical.

Judge Smacks Down CA Attorney General For “Misleading” Ballot Initiative Language

In a stunning court rebuke of the state Attorney General's Office, a Sacramento Superior Court Judge announced Friday that Xavier Becerra's title and summary for the Repeal of the Gas Tax initiative is "misleading and is likely to create prejudice against the measure"--and that he'd "do a rewrite himself" to make it clear the measure would repeal Jerry Brown's increases gas taxes and vehicle fees.

Should Some Lawyer-Politicians be Disbarred?

What recourse do American voters have with elected officials, and especially those who are attorneys, who knowingly pass illegal laws and policies, which violate the Constitution? California will now offer a third gender option on driver's licenses and birth certificates for "nonbinary" people who do not identify as male or female under a bill headed to Gov. Jerry Brown.

The California Left's 'Reality' is Anything But

California is known to the rest of the country as the land of fruits and nuts, and "Commiefornia," and the Democrats in charge are not letting that reputation go unheeded. A law that would criminalize the 'misgendering' of transgender persons is about to pass the California Legislature, and could result in a fine of up to $1,000 and a year in prison. What perfect timing for this social justice bill since the news of the "intolerant" 6-year-old who accidentally "misgendered" a classmate. Lock her up!

Sacramento Appeasers Pay Gang Members To Not Kill People

"An appeaser is one who feeds a crocodile, hoping it will eat him last."-- Winston Churchill While President Donald Trump has vowed that United States authorities will "destroy" the gang MS-13 as part of his crackdown on crime, the Sacramento City Council voted unanimously last week to pay gang members $1.5 Million to not kill people.

CA Gov. Jerry Brown's Failed Shadow Presidency

While California drowns in debt, its public schools are failing and ranked with some of the lowest reading scores in the country, criminals are being let out of prison and jails and crime is spiking, water is cut off to our farmers, illegal aliens and "refugees" are arriving in droves as Democrats are trying to pass legislation making California a sanctuary state, one dam we know of may still blow apart (who knows about the rest...), bridges are falling down, highways are crumbling, and Democrats flout federal election laws by allowing millions of illegals to vote,

Paying Protesters To Destabilize the U.S.

Wealthy leftists engage professional grievance hustlers to pay protesters to destabilize and destroy America. And people are standing by watching like a train wreck in slow motion, waiting for someone else to do something.

California's Political Water Scams Back on Ballot

My 2016 article, Why Can't California Farmers Get the Water They Need?, exposed Gov. Brown's shadow government appointees at the State Water Resources Control Board that ordered the release of massive amounts of water from the New Melones Reservoir and Lake Tulloch, to save a dozen fish, and how Gov. Brown systematically booted a number of qualified people off of the California Water Commission, the body that is deciding how to spend $2.7 billion in public funds for Prop. 1 Water Bond water storage projects.

'INCLUSIVE' DEMOCRATS SPEW HATE

Immediately following the November 2016 election of Donald J. Trump as President, "In Our America" yard signs started showing up in predominantly liberal neighborhoods all across America. In my own urban neighborhood in downtown Sacramento, made up of more than 90% Democrat voters, the signs popped up like weeds from yard to yard.

California Swamp: CA Democrat House Members Hired Muslim Brotherhood Awan Brothers

In post--9/11 America, "If you see something, say something" has become the unofficial slogan of the Department of Homeland Security, with the idea of enlisting American citizens to help identify real terrorism threats. Yet California Democrats in Congress apparently ignored this advisory with their silence, support and promotion of possible terrorists in their own workplace.

Why It Matters That CA Assembly Leaders Mayes and Olsen Had an Affair

While I am a political analyst more comfortable with legislation and policy, occasionally the personal lives of politicians become entangled with politics and even policy. The affair of Republican Assembly Leader Chad Mayes and former Assembly Leader Kristen Olsen is one such situation where personal lives intersected with politics. This is personal and difficult to write about however, it is necessary.

Trump Visits Boy Scout National Jamobree To Massive Applause

At the annual National Boy Scout Jamboree in West Virginia, President Trump spoke to a massive crowd of 40,000 scouts. The scouts chanted "We Love Trump!" to the President. "By the way, just a question," Trump said. "Did President Obama ever come to a Jamboree?" The crowd roared back, "No," Fox News reported. In his eight years as President, Obama was always too busy to attend a Jamboree of Boy Scouts.

CA GOP Swamp Sells Out to Dems on Corrupt Cap and Trade

As the California Legislature voted Monday to extend the corrupt Cap and Trade taxing and regulatory program by 10 years, eight turncoat Republican legislators voted with the Democrats. They received support from the California Chamber of Commerce, the California Manufacturing and Technology Association, along with several other big biz groups.

Radical Feminists Troll Rep. McClintock, Then Claim Victimhood

Recently radical activists forced California GOP Rep. Tom McClintock to need police escorts out of district town hall meetings when things turned violent. Yet in another hit piece on McClintock Wednesday, the Sacramento Bee clearly sided with the same feminist activists who trolled his district town hall meetings, and then claimed the Congressman's office threatened them when they called in.

Both Sides Aren't Violent

Free speech is under assault in America. And in California, free speech is being bushwhacked. People are attacked just for having patriotic bumper stickers on their cars. Trump supporters who attend rallies are threatened, assaulted, beat up, and in a weekend attack in Santa Monica, a 28-year old man was knifed nine times! The only people being attacked are Trump supporters. The media lie "both sides do it" is repugnant; both sides are not violent.

The Left Is Rotting From Within

There is great evil afoot in this country. The left is imploding before our very eyes. But it is a rot from within, and it is self-imposed. The Democrat Party has no substantive platform any longer other than obstruction, “resist,” foul-mouthed vulgarity, violence, anger, and excessive whining.
