Hillary should be ashamed

Oh good. Harry Reid endorses Hillary Clinton

In a sane world, this would be a political kiss of death. If we lived in a country that valued veracity, honor, decency, and actual achievement, an endorsement from Harry Reid wouldn't help a presidential candidate's chances, it would destroy them. Unfortunately, we don't live in that world. We live in a world where a creature like Reid - one of the most divisive, deceptive, and duplicitous Senators in modern history - can spend over 40 years sucking the taxpayer teat while getting rich in office.
Given his long and horrible career, I suppose it's no surprise that he's announced his support and admiration for Hillary Clinton:
"I think the middle class would be better served by Hillary," Reid said. "I think that my work with her over the years has been something that I have looked upon with awe. She was the first lady. She started the trend toward looking to do something about health care. She understood the issue well, she was the front on the health care during that administration," he said. Reid added, "I also think she's the woman to be the first president of the United states that's a female."
As I said, Reid's endorsement should serve as a warning - one that further highlights Hillary's untrustworthiness. Sadly, we're a nation of deaf ears. I'd be willing to bet that the average Hillary voter thinks this is pretty great news.
