While serious world leaders were grappling with terrorism in Brussels, Obama was doing this

I'm really not an "optics" guy. What I care about is not how you look doing what you do. It's what you do. But sometimes when the situation calls for seriousness - and you simply refuse to be serious - the folly of the choice you've made is something we can see with our own eyes. Behold, America, your president:(Video below) Barack Obama is in his comfort zone being the biggest celebrity in the world, and being treated as such. He is completely out of his comfort zone making difficult, serious, life-and-death decisions. So given a serious threat that calls for real, sober leadership, it's no surprise that Obama would rather go dancing.

Barack Obama is in his comfort zone being the biggest celebrity in the world, and being treated as such. He is completely out of his comfort zone making difficult, serious, life-and-death decisions. So given a serious threat that calls for real, sober leadership, it's no surprise that Obama would rather go dancing. This entire Latin America trip, starting with the embarrassment in Cuba and going right through to his decision today to apologize for America once again in Argentina, has been a classic case of Obama self-indulging in front of people who are glad to play his game with him. It doesn't matter how many people are dying, how many bad guys are on the loose or how many others are under threat. If Obama's plan was to dance the night away, or go golfing, or go to a political fundraiser, or hobnob with celebrities, then that's what he's going to do because, darn it, that's what he does. You do you, Barack. The world could use a serious leader, but you're not capable of being that anyway, so you might as well party.
