As you're probably aware, almost 3 million ObamaCare "enrollees" were found to have "inconsistencies" in their applications. That's a sanitized way of saying 3 million people might not actually have qualified for the insurance they thought they'd purchased. So, of course, the feds spent the last nine months running around trying to reconcile the "inconsistencies" so they could be sure everyone was properly enrolled in the glorious new world of the ACA.
