The Democrat base has wanted President Trump impeached since well before he was sworn in. Chatter about removing the new President began even before he was elected. Bascially, once they realized they'd backed the worst Democrat candidate in history, the left started thinking about ways to mitigate their failure.
Since he took office, the desire to see Trump yanked out of the White House has only intensified. Left wing histrionics are evident in every burning dumpster and shattered window you see on the evening news. They are, officially, perpetually triggered.
Not a day goes by that a left-wing talking head doesn't write, tweet, or broadcast borderline-erotic fantasies about impeachment proceedings or intelligence-agency-led coups.
