A few deluded souls using bolt-cutters were breaking into locked transmission stations to interrupt the flow of oil across the Dakotas.
According to a report by npr (http://www.npr.org), the group ‚"Climate Disobedience Action Fund" said on their website (https://actionfund-climatedisobedience.nationbuilder.com) that a total of nine people affiliated with the group were arrested for tampering with two pipelines in Minnesota, and three others in Washington State, North Dakota and Montana. In fact, the Disobedience perpetrators did not just shut down the flow in one pipeline but simultaneously also in several others, obviously in a well-coordinated action.
