Democrat Representative Joe Garcia hails from Florida's 26th district. He's currently fighting for re-election in a tight race that virtually everyone has rated as "too close to call." That may change, however, since he spent the last week and a half giving his opponent a rather large pile of campaign-ad ammunition.
