On the night of October 22nd, two Louisville KY women were on the side of the road following a minor traffic accident. Sadly, a man named Miguel Angel Villasenor-Saucedo, 40, was driving a truck that night. Hit struck, and killed, both women. He then escaped the scene on foot.
Authorities are currently searching for Villasenor-Saucedo, but none of this needed to happen. That's because they've had their perpetrator in custody before. As the DOJ informs us, Villasenor-Saucedo is a known illegal immigrant who has a long history of legal troubles...
